Projects

I've been lucky enough to be a member of various teams throughout my life. Here are some of the best campaigns and projects that I've worked on. While I certainly have more projects I'd love to tell you about, these are some of my more recent projects that had a significant impact on me.

CEOs for Basic Income

I was able to help with part 2.0 of this project during my time at UBI Works. In total, over 170 CEOs signed a letter in support of Basic Income after the launch of this program in late 2022. I was responsible for helping to reach out to past and potential signatories.

Trade Accelerator Program (TAP)

In 2018, I was lucky enough to attend the Trade Accelerator Program (TAP) at the Toronto Board of Trade with a small manufacturing company. In my first two weeks at the company, I was able to write them an export plan due to what I learned at TAP. The plan was well received by the Board of Trade, and we were invited back to present our work.

March for Basic Income

I was lucky enough to help with marches for basic income across Canada in the fall of 2021 and spring of 2022. I worked with various teams and volunteers to help create marches across Canada, and then worked with my small team to March in Toronto in September 2022 and May 2023. We had candidates from the Liberals, NDP, and Green present at the Toronto March which was wonderful.

Ingersoll Chamber Member
Interviews

While I enjoyed many of the projects I did while at the Ingersoll District Chamber of Commerce, my favourite was Member Interviews. I contacted member businesses and asked them to sit down to meet with me. I learned about their business, what the Chamber was helping them with, and what they'd like to see. It took a few months to see all the businesses that wanted to meet, but I got invaluable information about our members, and they felt heard and engaged.
